The development of Columbia’s Manhattanville Campus Ann’s unparalleled DOT experience allowed her to work closely with the contractor to develop a phasing plan in compliance with DOT standards. Columbia’s new construction required the relocation of bus stops and occupation of roadway and sidewalks.
