Description
This complicated project required coordination between multiple agencies and parties. Because of the project’s size, it required DEP installations required special approvals to be installed on private properties. . Shoring, sitework, and civil engineering filings were created to conform to regulatory.

- Filing of new address at DOB Borough President to allow DOB filing
- Coordination between state and city agencies
- Pre-approval meetings with LIRR, MTA
- Researched filing requirements for flood mitigation controls installed within vaults
