DOT site logistics plan for pre-construction meeting including: construction fence, shared bike lane, signage, & pedestrian walkway in roadway.  

Direct Access worked closely with the Landmarks Preservation Commission to gain approval for exterior alterations of this Upper East Side Townhouse. The approved work consisted of: replacing brickwork, repointing mortar joints, caulking  joints at the parapets, and replacing flashing as needed.
